booking and Refund Policy

At My Tribal World, we are committed to providing authentic tribal experiences with transparency and fairness. Please read our booking and refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking Policy

Reservation Process: All bookings can be made through our official website or customer service team.
Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost.
Booking Amount: Call the customer support team to pay your booking amount and get the confirmation.
Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid the day before the trip starts.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while considering our commitments to our local hosts and partners.

cancellation of the tour for any unforeseen situation at your end will cost you 50% of the booking amount.
100% booking fee will be refunded if the tour is cancelled by the company for any unforeseen situation.
no show no refund: refund will not be issued if the adventurer fails to join 3 hours before the tour starts.
